Why Sprint Note 9 Download Pictures Slow

When doing file transfer from/to notation 9 512gb using the stock usb-c cable i am getting usb2 speed of twenty/30MBs. Also, the continued device list on my windows 10 laptop reports "galaxy note 9 could be faster if connected to usb three". Well i tested information technology on multiple computers for certain having usb 3 ports and the upshot remains the same.
can people share what speeds are they getting and what does the device list on their computer prove annotation 9 to be (usb 3 or usb 2).
Please share any fix to solve this.

I didn't think the standard USB cable, that came with the phone, is USB 3.0/3.1, only USB ii.

Because the NOTE8, Milky way S8/S9 serial all came with USB 2.0 cables.

Dude that would be so dumb if Samsung gave us an USB-two.0 cable with a USB 3 compliant phone! it's an USB iii.0 Cable that ships with the Notation nine (im guessing) and I'm sure i was getting the aforementioned speeds on the S8+ Mega fast transfers, i was useing the standard cable that came with the S8+!
is there anyway to bank check ?

Samsung does not state what USB standard the cable is.
But the lack of blue trim on the USB-A plug would propose information technology's not a USB 3.0/3.ane cable.

How exercise i know this? because I accept an original USB3.0 blazon C from my Axon vii which I compared to with the cable provided with the note9.
If yous audit closely inside the USB-A plug, ii.0 only has four pins. While 3.0 has an additional 5 pins aside from the standard iv pins.

I have too had a frustrating time uploading photos from my S9 Note to PC. Assuming the master outcome is the 2.0 cable; does Samsung offering a faster cable?

Purchase a new blazon c to USB three.1 data cable and come across the difference your self. As well make your your desktop / laptop has ssd for meliorate data transfer speed.

The Annotation 9 USB cable is listed with a top speed transfer speed off 480 Mb/Sec. And a samsung tech rep told me it uses a USB three.0 standard.
